Manage Early Pay Program Eligibility for Beneficiaries (Beta)

Objective

To manage Early Pay Program eligibility for your company's beneficiaries as a Payments Admin for a payor

Background

As a Payments Admin for a payor, use the Beneficiaries tab in the Company level Payments tool to configure beneficiary eligibility to participate in an Early Pay Program offering. There are three (3) options: Eligible - Standard Fee, Eligible - Preferred Fee, and Ineligible

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Payments tool. 
  2. Click Beneficiaries
  3. Expand one of the beneficiary groups. 
  4. Click the Early Pay Program Eligibility cell and choose a status from the drop-down list:
    • Eligible - Standard Fee. The beneficiary can participate in an Early Pay Program in exchange for the standard fee. 
    • Eligible - Preferred Fee. The beneficiary can participate in an Early Pay Program in exchange for the preferred fee. 
    • Ineligible. The beneficiary is not eligible for participation in an Early Pay Program. If you choose this option, the system unenrolls the beneficiary from all Early Pay Programs. In addition, beneficiaries no longer see an option to enroll in Early Pay.

  5. Click an area outside of the drop-down list to save the change. 
    A green banner appears to confirm the change.
