Can I stop Procore Pay payment processing once it starts?
Answer
Please be aware that while we will do our best to assist you, Procore cannot guarantee that our Payments Operations team (see Contact Support) will be able to cancel or change a payment. This is because once you authorize disbursements, several factors outside of our direct control can influence the outcome.
Procore and Procore Payment Services, Inc. is not liable for:
-
Payment delays, non-delivery, or errors resulting from inaccurate payment information supplied by a payor or its payee(s).
-
Errors, service disruptions, or system failures originating from an established financial institution. For example, the payor or payee bank. If you encounter an issue, contact your financial institution for assistance.
To ensure smooth transactions and prevent payment issues, advise your teams and collaborators to verify all payment details in Procore Pay before authorizing disbursements. For service and solution terms, see: Procore Payment Services, Inc.
