Are there fees for Procore Pay payments?

Procore Pay extends the Invoice Management icon-external-link.png functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.

Yes, there are platform access fees associated with using Procore Pay. Fees are calculated based on the invoiced amount and set in terms of the Procore Pay Agreement. To learn how Procore Pay calculates platform access fees, see What is a 'Procore Pay Agreement'?

Payors using Procore Pay configure how platform access fees are collected from Specialty Contractors who join Procore Pay. Payors have these options:

  • Payors can pay the platform access fees for specific projects on behalf of their Specialty Contractors (i.e., payees).
    OR
  • Payors can apply the default setting, where fees are collected from payees as set in the Procore Pay Agreement.
