Idea Status Definitions
To help keep you informed, our Product Managers assign statuses to the ideas you post. These indicators show where an idea stands in our evaluation and development process.
Note
We prioritize features based on community feedback and shifting market needs. Because of this, status updates are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. All timelines and priorities are subject to change.- Open: New ideas currently being reviewed and discussed.
- Future Consideration: Potential features for future development, though not currently active.
- Planned: Verified on the Procore Roadmap, but not yet in active development.
- Upcoming: Planned within the next 12 months.
- Extended: Planned for more than 12 months out.
- In Development: Features currently being built.
- Releasing Soon: Planned for release within 90 days.
- Upcoming: Planned for release within 12 months.
- Extended: Planned for release in more than 12 months.

- Limited Availability: Released only to specific regions or platforms (e.g., Mobile only).
- General Availability: Fully released to all Procore users.
- Existing Functionality: The feature already exists or the request is a Support issue.
- Declined: Ideas that deviate from our product strategy and will not be implemented.
