What can Procore AI do with Procore data?

Procore AI helps you find, draft, update, and publish items in Procore. Security and accuracy are built in, and every AI-assisted action follows two rules:

1. Permissions and roles: Procore AI works within your existing Procore permissions. It can't access, retrieve, or change anything you don't already have permission to view or edit.

2. Human-in-the-loop verification: Procore AI Procore AI never creates or changes data on its own. It can retrieve information freely, but any create or change is staged as a draft (such as an RFI response or a daily log entry) for you to review and approve before it is applied.

The tables below show which actions Procore AI can help you take in each Procore tool. We are continually adding functionality and aiming to improve. If a response could be better, flag it in your chat so our team can review it.

• Custom Fields: For tools that use custom fields, those fields are included wherever the tool supports an action. For example, the RFI create action is supported and so the AI will include any custom RFI fields a company has.

• Retrieve actions: Procore AI can retrieve data from the tools and fields listed in What information is searchable using Procore Search?

• Create and update: Your selected AI mode (Ask or Execute) affects whether Procore AI can make changes.
