What are the default statuses for T&M tickets?

Answer

Each status represents an action taken on a T&M ticket. This helps users to understand which actions still need to be completed prior to submitting it to your customer for their field verification signature. 

Status Description More Information
In Progress The T&M ticket has been created but has NOT been signed by the company or customer signee. The ticket has been created and a user is preparing the ticket for signature.
Ready for Review The T&M ticket has been signed and approved by the designated 'Company Signee'. company signee is a person with signature authority for the company performing the work requested in the ticket. 
Field Verified The T&M ticket has been signed and approved by the designated 'Customer Signee'. customer signee is a person with signature authority for the entity that requested the labor, materials, or equipment being requested in the T&M ticket. 
Closed The T&M ticket has been closed.  The ticket can no longer be edited. Typically, this status is applied to the T&M ticket after it has been added to a change event or a change order. To make changes, you'll need to re-open the ticket.
