How can I add custom Cost Tracker templates in Portfolio Financials?

Background

Templates in Portfolio Financials (for Milestones, Cost Tracker, documents, or bid forms) are created based on data that you have added to your projects. For example, if you want to add a template for Milestones, you will need to add or be able to reference milestone items from your project that you want to use as a template. After you have the contents of the template set up, you can contact Procore Support to request the creation of the template. The following information is needed when you request a template:

  • URL address of the project
    Note: If you are requesting a bid form template, navigate to the relevant Bid Room before providing the URL.
  • Name for template
  • Description of template

Answer

Custom Cost Tracker templates can only be added to your organization's account by Procore. If you would like custom templates added for your projects, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact Customer Support at support-owners@procore.com.
