Required User Permissions: 'Admin' level permissions on the Documents tab at the Company or Project level to retrieve items from the recycle bin.
These permission levels apply to both the Company and Project level Documents tab. (Note: permission levels are tool-specific. For example, you can have Read-only level permissions on the Company level Documents tab and 'Admin' level permissions on a Project level Documents tab. Please keep this in mind when you are looking to tasks at different levels.)
Any deleted files or folders will be added to the recycle bin.
You cannot "Empty" the recycle bin.
Navigate to the Company or Project level Documents tab.
In the right hand file tree, click the + button next to Recycle Bin.
Drag-and-drop the file or folder you wish to retrieve into the folder you would like to place the deleted file or folder. (Note: The retrieved file or folder will now appear in the Documents file tree on the left.)
