Directory: New Granular Permission to Delete Budget Line Items

New 'Delete Budget Line Items' Granular Permission

Updated the Company level Directory tool's permission template feature to add a new granular permission labeled 'Delete Budget Line Items'. Prior to this update, only users who had been granted 'Standard' or 'Admin' to the Budget tool could delete a budget line item. This new permission provides users with 'Admin' level permission on the Directory tool more flexibility for managing user access to the Budget tool. Some examples include:

• You might want to grant users with 'Standard' level access permission to import budget data and delete budget line items, but restrict them from creating or modifying original budget amounts. 
• You might want to grant a user with 'Read-Only' level access permission to only delete budget items, but restrict them performing all other budget-related tasks.
