Deficiency List

While often referred to as a Punch List and used at the end of a project, the Deficiency List is a versatile tool that should be used from the first day on site. By allowing all project users (Tucker Hi-Rise, Trades, Consultants, Owners) to create items we can centralize all issues in one place, get reminders and notifications of status change, and avoid duplicate entry or translation from other deficiency tracking methods. Active encouragement to generate buy-in to this mindset and tool will help others to see the benefit as well.
