PROJECT STATUS REPORT

The Project Status Report (PSR) is a monthly team review meeting lead by the Project Director and the Job Cost Accountant to review key project performance goals and metrics in the following categories: Schedule, Quality, Safety, Financials, Client Satisfaction, and team specific goals and action items. 

KEY FEATURES:
►Create new PSR meeting agenda and modify for new meeting.
►Report metrics from Procore & internal logs to PSR form.
►Update financial logs properly for meeting.
