All,

 

Open Coordination Issues assigned to [COMPANY & PERSON] for [PROJECT and FLOOR/AREA] are preventing sign-off for this area.

 

As we near the completion of the coordination for this area, I have prepared the attached and below  "[TITLE] [DATED]" detailing the remaining open Coordination Issues assigned to your company or vendor that are preventing the completion of KAST’s MEPF Coordination Process for this area.  

 

It is important to note that assigned Coordination Issues reflect changes agreed to by your modeling staff that have simply not been revised in the model.

 

Failure to address these items in a timely manner may impact the sign-off of this area/building/project, which in turn may impact the construction schedule.
