Add Daily Construction Report Entries (iOS)

Objective

To Daily Construction Report entries from an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Daily Log tool from your iOS mobile device.
  2. Select the date for which you want to add an entry.
  3. Tap Daily Construction Report.
  4. Tap to add a new entry.
  5. Tap into the following fields to enter the relevant information:
    • Vendor: Tap the Vendor field. Enter the name of the vendor. 

    • Trade: Tap the Trade field. Select the trade associated with the construction report from the menu. You can only select from the trades already added to the project. See Add or Delete Trades.

    • Foreman Workers and Foreman Hours: Tap the Foreman Workers or Foreman Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the total number of foremen on site that day followed by the number of hours each person was working.

    • Journeyman Workers and Journeyman Hours: Tap the Journeyman Workers or Journeyman Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the total number of journeyman on site that day followed by the number of hours each person was working.

    • Apprentice Workers and Apprentice Hours: Tap the Apprentice Workers or Apprentice Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the total number of apprentice workers on site that day followed by the number of hours each person was working.

    • Other Workers and Other Hours: Tap the Other Workers or Other Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the total number of other workers on site that day followed by the number of hours each person was working.

    • Notes: Enter any notes that may describe the entry.

  6. Tap Save.
