Below are the notable changes to Procore Maps.
Procore has enhanced the general Procore Maps tool (Web) with persisted map filters. Maps now support your geofence and in-view map filters. When you refresh the browser or navigate away and return, the map automatically re-centers and zooms back to the exact area and filters you were using, instead of resetting to the default view.
Previously, getting the map into the right view involved multiple clicks, and the data was lost every time you refreshed or moved between tools. Persisted map filters save time, reduce repetitive setup, and keep users focused on the locations that matter most, improving day‑to‑day navigation across projects. This enhancement applies to workflows that rely on geofencing or filtering map objects to specific in‑view areas. See Filter the Map.
Procore Maps enables users to view photos and other tool items on a map, query them by location, and link to the items across various tools. Procore Maps enhances project execution by providing a comprehensive visual tool that integrates seamlessly with other Procore functionalities, facilitating better planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
