Approval Workflows

This feature is available for Portfolio Financials accounts in Procore with Approvals enabled. Reach out to your Procore point of contact for more information. 

The Self-Serve Approval Workflows feature in Portfolio Financials allows Company Admins to create custom approval workflows for reviewing or approving items. These workflows can be simple or complex, and can be used for items in Portfolio Financials such as bids, contracts, budgets, change orders, and invoices.

  • Create and manage your own workflows on your own time, without needing to reach out to Procore to make the changes.
  • Update workflow details and approvers as needed.
  • Create and assign workflow templates for specific buildings.
