Delete a Calendar Item
Objective
To delete a calendar item from the project's schedule.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' on the project's Schedule tool.
Note: Users with 'Standard' permissions on the project's Schedule tool can create calendar items, but they cannot delete them.
- 'Admin' on the project's Schedule tool.
- Additional Information:
- You cannot delete an item that's defined in an integrated project schedule. Integrated schedules must be updated outside of Procore using the appropriate scheduling software. (e.g. Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, etc.) See Update an Integrated Microsoft Project Schedule.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Schedule tool.
Note: You will need to be on either the Month view or Week view. - Locate the calendar item you want to remove.
- Click the vertical ellipsis on the item.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
