Promote a Project Report to the Company Level

Background

When you create a report at the project level, you might decide that it would be useful to have the same report available on other projects within your company's Procore account. You can promote a report from the project level to the company level to make it available for assignment to other projects.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions to the Company level Directory tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • You must have access to the 360 report as the creator, or the report must be shared with you.
 Note
The Promote to Company feature is only available for 360 Reporting.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's 360 Reporting tool.
  2. View the 360 Report you want to promote to the Company level.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and hover over Make a Copy.
  4. Select Promote to Company.
    A success banner appears when the promotion is successful.
  5. Optional: Click View Copy in the success banner to view the report at the Company level.
