Edit Coordination Issues in the Model Viewer

Background

As a project team reviews models and resolves conflicts, the status and details of coordination issues need updating. The Coordination Issues side panel in the Models tool lets users edit directly from the Model Viewer. Users can update assignees, change the status, and modify more information without leaving the 3D context.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Models tool in Procore.
2. Click a model's tile to open it in the Model Viewer.
3. Click the Issues  icon to open the Coordination Issues side panel.
4. Locate the issue. Options for finding an issue include:
   • Search for an issue by number or title.
   • Apply one or more Filters to narrow the issues listed in the active tab's list.
   • Click the All Issues or My Issues tab and scroll through the list.
5. On the desired issue, click the Info icon.
6. Edit the issue's fields as needed.

    Tip

   While editing coordination issues, you also have these options:

   • To open the issue in the Coordination issues tool, click .
   • To close an issue, see Close a Coordination Issue.
   • To elevate a new or existing issue to an RFI, see Elevate a Coordination Issue to an RFI.
   • To move an issue to an observation, see Move Coordination Issues to Observations.

7. Click the Close icon at the top of the panel to save any changes.
