Void a Shipment
Things to Consider

If all line items are voided, the shipment is also voided.

You cannot void delivered items or shipments containing delivered items. To void a shipment, you must first void its delivered items on the receipt.

Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

Click the Shipments tab.

Click the shipment number.

In the 'Items' section, click the void
icon next to the line item. -
Optional: Enter notes.

Click Void Line to confirm.

for the receipt and select Void Shipment.
