Objective

To retrieve an instruction from the Instructions tool's Recycle Bin.

Background

If you want to retrieve an instruction from the Recycle Bin, use the Steps below.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permission to the project's Instructions tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • The Instructions tool has been developed specifically for Procore clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Instructions tool. 
    This reveals the Instructions page. 
  2. Click Recycle Bin. 
    This reveals the Recycle Bin. 
  3. Locate the instructions to retrieve. Then click View. 
    This opens the selected instruction in view mode.
  4. Click Retrieve.
    The system removes the selected item from the Recycle Bin and places it in the List view.
