Reactivate a Batch of User Accounts in a Project Directory


To reactivate user profiles listed in the Inactive Users tab of the Project Directory. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool.
  • Prerequisite:
    • The users that you want to reactivate must be on the 'Inactive Users' list in the Project Directory.
      Important! Procore user accounts can only be added to an 'Inactive Users' list from the Company level Directory tool. For instructions, see Inactivate a Batch of User Accounts in the Company Directory.


  1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
  2. Click the Inactive Users tab.
  3. Mark the checkbox next to each user you want to reactivate.
  4. Click Bulk Actions and select Reactivate.
  5. In the 'Reactivate Users' window, review the list of users. Click the X next to a user's name to remove them from the list.
  6. Click Reactivate.
    A GREEN banner displays to confirm the users are reactivated and added to the Users view of the Project level Directory.
    Note: The reactivated users can also be found in the Company level Directory and any Project level Directory that they were added to before being inactivated.
