Close Out a Project

Objective

To close out a project once it has reached completion. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Admin tool.

Steps

If you are ready to close out your Procore project, we recommended that you:

  1. Extract project information.
    See Extract Project Data Using Procore Extracts.
  2. Change the project's status from Active to Inactive.
    See Change a Project's Status to Active or Inactive.
