Objective

To bulk delete people in Resource Planning.

Background

For projects using Resource Planning and Resource Tracking tools, you can manage your team using the People tool in Resource Planning. The people you add here can be used for resource assignments, as well as in the Crews, and the Timesheets tools.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
  • Admins in Resource Planning cannot be deleted.
  • If data syncs are enabled:
    • People deleted in Resource Planning are made 'Inactive' in Procore's Company Directory.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
  2. Click People and select People List.
  3. Mark the checkboxes of the people you want to delete.
  4. Click Batch Actions and select Batch Delete.

  5. Review the assignments that are 'Valid' or have 'Conflicts'.
  6. Click Delete.
