Export a Company 360 Report

Company Administrators can enable the 360 Project Execution Reporting for Non-Admin Users in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)
 

With this beta, your data access is determined by your existing tool permissions. You can create and view detailed Project and Company 360 Reports using all the data you already have permission to see—no tool-level admin access is required. This applies only to data within the Project Execution Dataset.

Background

After building a 360 report, you can export its data into multiple formats:

  • CSV / Excel: Use this for data analysis, modification, or processing in an external spreadsheet program.
  • PDF: Use this for sharing and archiving. It preserves the report's layout for printing, making it ideal for handouts or record-keeping.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.
  2. Click the 360 Report you want to open.
  3. Click Export and select your preferred format:
    • CSV
    • Excel
    • PDF
 Note

It can take a few minutes or more to generate the file, depending on its size. Procore emails the file to you when it's ready.
