Procore Pay extends the Invoice Management icon-external-link.png functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.

To report suspicious email Do not click on any links or reply to the email. Immediately forward the suspicious email to phishing-report@procore.com and Contact Support.
To report being tricked by a phishing attempt Secure your account by resetting your password and Contact Support to check your account for suspicious activity.
To report a security vulnerabilities If you believe you've identified a security vulnerability, immediately report it to security@procore.com and provide a detailed report. 
Procore may request specific information and documents from end users on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about whether a request from Procore is legitimate, please Contact Support.
You can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov

When contacting support:

  • Please don't include any sensitive financial information, such as routing or bank account numbers. 
  • Please include your name, company name, and inquiry.
