Refresh the Companies List for ERP

Objective

To refresh the list of companies that can be synced with ERP when Procore is configured to work with an integrated ERP system.

Background

If you have entered new companies in your ERP system, you can use the Refresh button in the 'Companies' subtab of the ERP Integrations tool to display the new ERP companies in the 'Ready to Import' filter.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the ERP Integrations tool.
  • Not all ERP systems sync company records. Requirements and additional considerations vary depending on the ERP System your company is integrated with. See Things to Know about your ERP Integration for details.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
  2. Click the Companies subtab. 
  3. Click the Refresh Company List button in the right pane.
    After the "Company List successfully refreshed" message appears at the bottom of the screen, the browser page can be refreshed to display the new results.
