Import an ERP Sub Job to a Procore Project

NEW ERP DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE!

We've been busy building a better way to serve you documentation that gives you the most up-to-date and relevant information about how to use your company's Procore + ERP integration.

This page is part of the new experience. The new experience is currently complete for all Procore-built ERP integrations.

Objective

To import a sub job from your ERP system into Procore using a supported ERP Integration.

Background

If you have created an item in your ERP system that your ERP integration supports in Procore as a 'sub job', you can import it into your Procore project.

Before the sub job is added to your Procore project, it will appear in the 'Sub Jobs' tab of the company's ERP Integrations tool. An accounting approver can import the sub job to Procore using the steps below.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level or higher on the company's ERP Integrations tool AND one (1) of the following:
      • 'Admin' level permission on the company's Directory tool.
        OR
      • Your Procore user account must be granted the 'Create New Project' privilege. See Create New Projects
  • Not all ERP Integrations support the sub job concept. For those that do, prerequisites, requirements, and limitations may vary. See Things to Know about your ERP Integration for details.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
  2. Click Sub Jobs.
  3. Under Filters, click Ready to Import.
  4. Locate the desired Sub Job, then click Add to Procore
