Objective

To view the change history of a (Legacy) Company level equipment entry.

Background

The ability to see the change history on an equipment entry allows a user to see modifications that are made to an equipment entry and provides accountability. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Equipment (Legacy) tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment (Legacy) tool.
  2. Click View or Edit next to the equipment entry you want to see the change history for.
  3. Click the Change History tab.
    Note: If you navigated from the Edit page, a "Are you sure you want to leave?" window will prompt you to confirm the action.
