Search, Sort, and Filter Equipment in the Company Equipment Tool

Objective

To search and filter equipment in the company's Equipment tool.

Things to Consider

Steps

Search for Equipment

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Enter a keyword into the search box.
  3. Search returns results for data within the following fields:
    • ID
    • Model
    • Name
    • Serial Number.

Sort Equipment

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Click the column header to sort by that column.
  3. Optional: Click again to switch between icon-ag-grid-sort-ascending.png ascending ascending or icon-ag-grid-sort-descending.png descending order.

Filter Equipment

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Click Filters.
  3. Select to filter by the following fields:
    • Status
    • Category
    • Type
    • Make
    • Model
    • Year
    • Ownership
  4. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear all Filters.
