Objective

To use the options in the Bulk Actions menu in the (Legacy) Company level Equipment tool. 

Background

The Bulk Actions menu in the (Legacy) Company Equipment tool lets you remove entries from the Registry and restore them from the Recycle Bin.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Equipment (Legacy) tool.

Steps

Bulk Delete Equipment Entries

  1. Navigate to the Company level Equipment (Legacy) tool.
  2. Mark the checkbox next to each entry you want to delete, or mark the top checkbox to select all entries at once.
  3. Click Bulk Actions.
  4. Select Delete.
    This will place the selected items in the Recycle Bin.

Bulk Restore Equipment Entries

  1. Navigate to the Company level Equipment (Legacy) tool.
  2. Click Recycle Bin.
  3. Mark the checkbox next to each entry you want to restore or mark the top checkbox to select all entries at once.
  4. Click Bulk Actions.
  5. Select Restore.
    You can view the restored items in the Registry.
