Consolidated View for 'My Open Items' (07/21/2026)
Procore has updated 'My Open Items' to provide a consolidated view of open items assigned to users across all associated Procore companies. The 'My Open Items' workspace now displays assigned tasks from multiple companies in a single, full-page experience and includes filtering capabilities for Company, Project, Item Type, and Progress. Procore has also added a dedicated 'My Open Items' icon to the global navigation bar and introduced Excel export functionality in addition to PDF and CSV export options.
