New Punch List Workflow
Procore's new Punch List Workflow combines several new features including:
- New Roles! The new roles of Punch Manager and Final Approver will provide easier collaborator participation.
- Additional Statuses! These additional punch list item statuses provide improved tracking and transparency.
- New Activity Feed view! This new view provides a historical record of a punch list item's creation, modifications, and close.
It's important to note that you can still use Procore's Punch List tool in the same way you always have; this new workflow simply eases collaborator participation and adds more accountability and transparency into the punch list process. Procore recommends that you assign a default Punch Manager and Final Approver to your Punch List Templates as well as in your Punch List Configuration Settings.
