Change the Status of Equipment Entries (iOS)

Objective

To edit equipment entries on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Equipment (Legacy) tool.
      Note: 'Standard' level users can edit equipment entries that they have created.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Equipment (Legacy) tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap the equipment entry for which you want to change the status.
  3. Tap the Status drop-down menu.

  4. Tap one of the following options:
    • Inducted
    • Not Inducted 

Note: The item's status will automatically update.
