Edit a Purchase Order (iOS)

Objective

To edit a purchase order in the project's Commitments tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • This action can be performed in offline mode if the asset/item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode will sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Commitments tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap Purchase Orders.
  3. Tap the purchase order you want to edit.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Tap into a field to modify information. For a list of fields and their descriptions, see Create a Purchase Order (iOS).
  6. Tap Save.
