Edit a Meeting Item (Android)

Objective

To edit a business item in a meeting using the Procore app on an Android mobile device. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
  • Additional Information:
    • You can edit a meeting item at any time in either agenda or minutes mode.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Meetings tool using the Procore app on an Android device.
  2. Navigate to the meeting with the item you want to edit. 
  3. Tap the Business tab.

  4. Tap the item you want to edit.
  5. Tap to edit or update a field.
  6. Tap Save.
