View Read Receipts in the Conversations Tool (Android)

Objective 

To view read receipts in the Conversations tool on the Procore Android app.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • You must exist in the project's Directory tool.
 Important
The Conversations tool is compatible with Android version 2023.0403.0803 or later. Please update to the latest version to effectively use the Conversations tool. 

​ Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.
  3. Tap on the conversation you want to view read receipts for:
    • One check mark will confirm the message has been sent.
    • Two check marks will confirm the message has been seen.

  1. To view a list of users who have seen the message, long press the message and tap View message details.

  1.  At the bottom of the screen, you will see: Only readers who are following this conversation are identified. This applies to item conversations. If a user is not a follower of an item conversation, the user will not appear in the read receipt.
