Why can't I see the Contract Room in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

If you cannot view or access a Contract Room for your organization, it is likely because you have not been added to the Owner Team for the particular Contract Room. You will need to reach out to a member of the Owner Team to have them add you as a team member for the appropriate Contract Room.

If you are a vendor needing to submit invoices and change orders, a member of the Owner Team will need to add you to the Vendor Team for the Contract Room. You will need to reach out to a member of the Owner Team to have them add you as a contact for the appropriate Contract Room.
