Why can't I expand the 'Awarded Value' row in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning?

Background

You are in the Project Comparison tab of the Reporting tool in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning and are not able to expand the 'Awarded Value' row.

Answer

The ability to expand the 'Awarded Value' row depends on the way you requested pricing through Portfolio Financials. If you used line items to break out pricing for a scope of work, then you are able to pull them into view by expanding the 'Awarded Value' row. However, if you requested a lump sum amount, you are not able to expand the 'Awarded Value' row, as there are no line items to display. Instead, the overall awarded value amount shows in each project's column.
