Procore iOS App - iOS Requirements
Important
The Procore iOS app currently requires iOS 16.1 or later. Beta OS versions are not supported. In January 2026, the Procore iOS app will require iOS 17 or later. The new requirements are listed below. Additionally, the following devices will no longer be supported after January 2026:
- iPhone X
- iPhone 8
- iPhone 8 Plus
- iPod touch (7th generation)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (1st generation)
- iPad Pro 9.7-inch
- iPad (5th generation)
Operating System Requirements for the Procore iOS App
The minimum operating system requirement for the Procore app is iOS 17.1. The Procore app also supports iOS 18. Beta OS versions are not supported.
In order to continue receiving automatic Procore iOS app enhancements and bug fixes, your iOS mobile device will need to be updated to at least iOS 17.1, but we recommend updating your mobile device to the most recent version of iOS for the best experience. Most devices using the Procore app today already run a supported version of iOS or are eligible to update to iOS 18 at no cost. If your device cannot run iOS 17 or iPad OS 17, we recommend upgrading that device to ensure continued app support. See the list of compatible devices in the Which devices are compatible? section below.
What happens if my device is on an older version of iOS?
If you already have Procore installed on your device, you can continue using it until one year after support was removed for that Android version. After that year, the app will no longer be accessible and you will be prompted to update your device before accessing the Procore App.
How do I update my device?
Your device can be updated by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update. To view more information on updating your device, see Apple's support article: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Note: If your device is issued and managed by your company, you may need to contact your IT department to perform the update.
