How do I Resolve Missing Budget after Exporting to ERP

If you notice that the Budget or Budget Modifications are not showing up in Sage 300 CRE® after exporting, you may need to post the Import Estimates batch in Sage 300 CRE® Job Cost. Follow the instructions below to remedy the issue.

Steps

After a successful export in Procore, you must manually post the entries.

  1. Open the Job Cost module in Sage 300 CRE®
  2. Click Tasks.
  3. Select Post Entries.
  4. Click the Ranges button.
  5. Select your Import Estimates batch and click OK.

Once your batch is posted, you will see the budget changes in Inquiries and Reports. See the Sage 300 CRE® Help for further instructions on posting batches.
