How do I download a CSV of my company's Procore Certification learner records?
Background
Procore's Enterprise Data Services team has built a custom way for you to download a snapshot of your company's Procore Certification learner records that are related to Procore's Learning Portal (https://learn.procore.com). CSV files are saved in a secure Amazon S3 bucket. Proper access credentials are required for authentication purposes for secure downloads.

Client-specific CSVs must be requested through your designated Procore Point of Contact. All requests must be reviewed and approved.Steps
- Download an application for securely retrieving the file from Amazon S3 bucket. There are many options available. The instructions below are for a reputable and popular option called CyberDuck, which is free to use. Download and install CyberDuck onto your local (Windows/Mac) machine. See https://cyberduck.io/download/
- Open CyberDuck and click the + icon in the lower-left corner.
- Enter your company's access credentials into the highlighted fields, as provided by Procore.
- Access Key ID - Amazon S3 Bucket Authentication Credentials
- Secret Access Key - Amazon S3 Bucket Authentication Credentials
- Path - Enter the provided path. (e.g. procoreit-customer-data-export/skilljar/CUSTOMER-PATH)
- Download Folder - Specify the folder on your computer where the downloaded file will be saved.
- Go back to the main screen and double-click the entry that you just created.
- Download the files.
