How can I grant a 'Limited' user access to a specific Bid Room in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

If you want to grant a user with 'Limited' project permissions access to one or more bid rooms, you can manage bid room access in the Team section for the project. 

  1. From the Project Page, scroll to the Team section.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon across from the user's name. 
  3. Click Manage Bid Room Access.

  4. Click the toggle to the ON position next to the Bid Rooms you want to grant the user access to.
    Tip! If you want to grant access to all bid rooms, click Select All. 
  5. Click Done.
