Configure Advanced Settings: Reports

Objective

To configure advanced settings for the Reports tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission: 'Admin' permissions on the project's Reports tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Reports tool.
  2. Click the Configure report settings link in the right pane.
  3. Locate the desired user.
    Note: To search for a specific user, enter the user's name in the Search Permissions box in the right pane. 
  4. In the desired user record, click the cell that corresponds to the access level: None, Read Only, Standard, and Admin. A green check mark (User Permissions - check.png) indicates that a user has access. A red () indicates NO access. 
    Note: For a list of permissions available with the Reports tool, see the Permissions Matrix.

 

In the example below, the user not been granted access permissions to the Reports tool. Access has been denied for the user named Architect, Archie by placing a green check mark (User Permissions - check.png) in the None column. This means, the tool will not be visible to that user in Procore's navigation bar.
