View a Sage 100 Contractor® Job Costs Report
Objective
To view the a 'Job Costs Report' for a Procore + Sage 100 Contractor® project using the Company or Project level Reports tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- For Company Level Reports:
- 'Admin' level permission on the company's ERP Integrations tool. Users can view the Job Costs Report for a selected project.
- For Project Level Reports:
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
AND- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Budgets tool
OR - 'Admin' level permission on the project's Prime Contract tool.
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Budgets tool
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
- For Company Level Reports:
- Limitations:
- You can only export the Sage 100 Contractor® Job Costs Report as a PDF or CSV at the Project level.
Steps
At the Project Level
*The steps below required 'Read-only' level permissions (or higher) on the Reports tool AND either 'Read-only' and above user permissions on the Budget tool or 'Admin' on the Prime Contract tool.
- Navigate to the Project level Reports tool.
- Click the Sage 100 Contractor® Job Costs link.
- Next to the 'Export Data As' label, click PDF or CSV to export the Job Costs Report.
At the Company Level
*The steps below require 'Admin' user permissions on the company level ERP Integrations tool.
- Navigate to the ERP Integrations tool.
This reveals the Sage 100 Contractor® Integration page. - Click the Job Costs tab.
This show a list of the Sage 100 Contractor® job costs. - In the Filter By Job list, select the desired project.
- If desired, place a mark in the Only Show Job Cost Lines Greater than $0.00 box.
