Welcome to Brinkmann Constructors! 
 
We are excited to have you join our team, and join with you in reaching our mutual goals of success and growth.

In an effort to help you reach your full potential at Brinkmann, we want to make sure you have a complete understanding of the how and why of our processes, and encourage you to bring any fresh perspectives you have to the table.

 
The Brinkmann Start Strong Program is set up in stages so each portion builds on the previously gained knowledge. Ultimately encouraging a future of lifelong learning:

No. 1.png  Initial Touchbase: 

WHAT: Day-one objectives including leadership and peer introductions, completing necessary paperwork, familiarizing yourself with Brinkmann, etc.

WHY: We want you to feel welcome, and encourage you to ask questions and get to know your fellow employee-owners.

HOW: Meet with the Brinkmann HR Department for a walkthrough and initial touchpoint.  Then meet with your ambassador to begin working through your first steps.

WHAT: It's time to begin your Brinkmann onboarding journey by getting a better understanding of some foundational concepts that apply to all operational roles.

WHY: The items covered here are universally important to success in your role.  Before you continue learning Brinkmann Means and Methods, you must have a base understanding of each.

HOW: Click on each heading below to be taken to the Training Center Landing Page which provides more in-depth information.  Additionally, your assigned ambassador should assist you in walking through accessing and understanding each item.

- Safety:
Understand the details of the Brinkmann safety culture. Safety First. Last. Always

- Roles & Responsibilities:
Having a clear understanding of the basics of what is expected of your role.

- Procore Certifications:
As the project management program Brinkmann uses, all operations personnel are required to pass high-level certifications in navigating the system.  Once you complete your certifications, they should be forwarded to Julie Kerns.
