Search for and Filter Specifications

Filter Specifications by Division or Set

  1. Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
  2. Under Current Specifications, do the following:
    • To filter a list by a division, select it from the drop-down list. 
    • To filter a list by a set, select 'Current' to view the most recently published revisions or select one of the listed sets. 

Search for a Specification

  1. Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
  2. Under Current Specifications, in the Search field, enter your search criteria. 
    Note: Procore searches the following fields to return its results:
    • Division
    • Number
    • Set Name
    • Title
  3. Click Search.
