Check Training Center Page Level Permissions

Objective

To check your Training Center Restrict Access area and confirm who has access to view or edit. 

Background

The Restrict Access area will list who has access to view or edit your Training Center page(s). For more information about changing who can edit, see Add or Remove an Editor from Your Training Center.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the page you want to check.
    For example, navigating to the main landing Training Center page, /tc/companyname, will allow you to check who has access to view or edit your entire site.
  2. Click Options to access the page management drop-down.
  3. Click Restrict Access.
  4. Scroll to the ‘Page-level Permissions’ section and review. 
    Here you will find a list of Users and User Groups who have access to view and/or edit your Training Center. Their level of access will be indicated by one of the following: 
    (Viewer) - View and find this page
    (Editor) - View, find, and edit content on this page
  5. To return to your Training Center page, click Return to Company Name.
