Training Center Lifecycle Stages
Welcome to your Training Center implementation! To ensure a successful launch, we provide a structured 5-meeting standard implementation designed to move you from initial vision to a live, functional site.
** Please note: This standard scope does not include additional Professional Service consulting hours. Support after the initial editing meetings for this implementation is provided via email. If you require data input from us, additional specialized framework builds for additional roles, deep technical linking, or deeper in-depth support, additional consulting hours may be required.**
Implementation Phase 1: Training Center Discovery
Meeting 1: The Alignment Call. The first step is defining the direction of your Training Center. This is our opportunity to discuss your vision, answer high-level questions, and pinpoint your desired end-state.
-
Scoping: We will determine how you would like your framework to be built.
-
Do you want a Tool-Based approach where everyone accesses the same SOPs organized by software features?
-
Or broken down by Roles, Regions, or Departments, do users have specific information stored in their own sections?
-
-
Content Strategy: Based on the structure we define, you will be responsible for identifying and listing which specific tools, SOPs, and documentation should be housed under each role, department, or region.
-
Structure: We will define the access flow for internal teams versus external collaborators to ensure a seamless user experience.
Implementation Phase 2: Implementation & Content Building
Meetings 2, 3, & 4: Editing & Development. These three sessions are designed to empower your team to manage and grow your content.
-
Editing Meeting 1: A high-level overview. We will cover site access, how to create and edit pages, and address initial technical questions.
-
Editing Meetings 2 & 3: Once you have gained hands-on experience in the site, these sessions dive deeper into advanced editing, site navigation, and troubleshooting specific use cases.
Implementation Phase 3: Go-Live & Launch
Meeting 5: The Go-Live Call. Once your content is ready, we meet to finalize the transition to a live environment.
-
Launch Logistics: Finalize the go-live date and confirm target audiences.
-
Technical Handover: Review the Directory Bridge and contextual help overrides (e.g., redirecting the Procore Support button to your custom Training Center).
-
Final Branding: Last-minute design touch-ups to ensure brand alignment.
Phase 4: Continued Success
Following your launch, you will then be transferred over to a Training Center Customer Success Specialist. We remain available via email to ensure your site continues to meet your business needs.
-
Analytics: Review site traffic and popular pages.
-
ROI: Periodic business reviews to ensure the platform is delivering maximum value.
