FUS Processing of AOC Initial Notification

Objective

To receive instant notification of AOC's from the field and have the ability to track and communicate the full process of fielding and resolving the issue in real time.

Steps

• FUS Team will receive email notification of AOC as well as see the newly initiated AOC on the Observations tool of the AOC Initial Notification project. They will click View on the new notice in Observations.

 

• A Supervisor will select the Edit button to assign to a FUS, complete fields as necessary and select Update.

 

• The Supervisor will will then send notification to the FUS by adding and posting a comment. This notifies the Creator, Assignee and anyone in the Distribution List.

 

• Once the FUS fields and creates a project in SAP and Procore, they will edit the AOC Notification to add the SAP number and hit Update.

 

• They will then change the status to Closed and post a comment that will be sent to the Creator, Assignee, and Distribution List.
