CCM Constructability Review Submittal

Objective

Constructability Review is performed before the QA QC Design Review to make sure the current design meets requirements for Gas Standards of design.

 

Steps

1.  In your project click the Project Tools dropdown, then click the + beside Submittals to create a new submittal.

2.   Complete the following fields:

  • Title  -  Enter Constructability Review
  • Submittal Type - Select CCM Constructability Review  
  • Received From -  Select the designer name, which will auto populate their associated company name into the Responsible Contractor field.

  • Distribution List - add anyone who needs copied in the updates on the progress of the review
  • Description - Enter any relevant details to the design
  • Attachments - Attach the designs for review

4.   Scroll down to the Submittal Workflow in the first step select the Distribution Group titled (Gas) CCM Execution Team. Once you click on it, it will populate the appropriate users into the workflow.

5.   UNCHECK all boxes beside the populated names so that only one must respond.

6.   The created form will now show the workflow as active. Once the workflow has been completed, you will need to cloe the submittal by updating tha status to Closed.
